April Fool’s
I played a few jokes yesterday for April Fool’s. It’s so not fair because I’m such a gullable person(the worst thing I fell for you ask? In HS, my friend convinced me it was the year 2001 when it was really 2002 and I believed her for about 3 months until someone asked me why I was putting “2001” instead of “2002” on the date of my school assignmnet. You know who you are! Tsk tsk.) and Jay is not gullable. AT ALL. So all three of my jokes fell through with him:
1.I put yellow food coloring in the milk so it looked rotten which he didn’t even realize as he poured some for Adi and didn’t say a thing. π
2.I put jello in the gatorade bottle and emptied the gatorade in a cup which he saw in the kitchen. π
3. I made “cupcakes” that were really meatloaf+mashed potatoes and as I gave one to Adi Jay asked me if it was really cupkes and I started snickering and laughing so he knew something was up even before he took a bite. Shucks, I need to learn to control my laughter and be a better liar!

Fashion Friday
So some of you have asked me to start a fashion blog. To this my first response was, “Haha, are you kidding me? you want ME to start a fashion blog? haha, nonsense!” I would never label myself as someone with an amazing taste or style. But I can confidently say I am one of the best bargain shoppers you will ever meet and most times at least one item in my outfit was only $5. So with that said, I will post at least once a week where I get my goods and for how much. Some I will have a link so you can actually buy them! If you’re a high-end shopper and you’re all about brand names, DO prepare to be disappointed because I hardly own brand names and am all about saving money and being frugal. So I don’t care if my clothes are from Wal Mart, or second-hand stores, if they’re cute I buy.
They say a successful man is someone who will never let his wife find her wallet empty. But I say a true successful man is someone who marries a lady who will save, be frugal, and be smart with the money she finds in her wallet.
