I attended Snap Conference last week and I made 3 diff. business cards for each day of Snap Conference as I handed out a before/after of a refashion as I was also wearing it in person. A good idea, no? This overall dress used to be a small women’s coat, see the full video tutorial here.
I was excited to hand out my business cards but as soon as I drove 45 miles & arrived at the conference, I realized I had forgotten them. I quickly asked my friends if any of them were in UT county & was coming to SLC, & luckily one of my friends Rebekah(thank you!😘) said if someone could drop it off at her work, she can drop it off to me. I asked Jay if he could leave work, go home and get the business cards & drop it off 20 miles away, before her work got over. So he went home to get it, searched for it for 20 mins. all over the house but he couldn’t find it. I called him & told him all the locations it could possibly be at and he looked in every corner of the house, but nothing. We were running out of time so as I was sitting in the middle of class in a room full of people, I closed my eyes & said a quiet prayer. “Heavenly Father, please have my guardian angels go to my house & grab the business cards and put it right in front of Jay so he can’t miss it. Please do it immediately & have Jay find it within 3 mins. Thank you.” Right after I was finished saying a prayer & I opened my eyes, I knew Jay was going to find it almost instantly. Literally 10 seconds later I get a text from him, “Found it. Leaving now.”
Do you realize just how much resources you have from the Universe?
Not only do we have people who love us here, but we have all those people times a thousand, perhaps even more in Heaven, eager & willing to help us. Their love is so great for you that if you ask them for help, they will! Just like a mother or a father who would drop everything to go help their child in need, we have angels all around us who will do the same, except with them, they can literally come to our side in an instant since they’re in a Spirit form & can travel simultaneously.
You are never forgotten. You are always loved, by way more people than you know. So use the extra resources. Ask for help from the Universe. None of us can or are suppose to do it alone.

Are you saying that your prayers uttered for selfish gain are more sincere than the prayers of those who pray not to starve etc? Few people who pray have their prayers answered. Strange that yours seem to have this power. Why don’t you pray for world peace and ending poverty as well?

I do pray for others and for people whom are less fortunate than I am. But does that mean I cannot pray for myself because there are always people in worse situations than you? Then who can truly pray since there are always people in worse circumstances than you? I don’t understand or fathom why there are many people suffering, I wish there wasn’t. But I do what I can to help them in volunteering, donating, praying, etc. God has said no to me many times. But that is still an answer. Yes isn’t the only answer God gives us.
I find it interesting that you pray to God and then give the Universe the praise for a prayer you prayed. I believe the Universe was God’s creation and when I pray He is the one I pray to and he is the one who answers my prayers.
I believe God controls the whole Universe and therefore uses many of his guardian angels and the people here on earth to answer the prayers of ours! I believe we all have family, relatives and friends who care about us deeply and will help us, just like my family and friends will help me here on earth. While God can do everything on his own, I believe many times he uses us to be the instruments in those prayers being answered, that way we grow and become better in the process. God is very smart. 🙂
