Welcome to series 1 of my “Life Lessons”! In these series, I share what I’m learning as a stay at home mother to 3 kids, life lessons, epiphanies and deep thoughts about life and happiness. That sounds so boring but I promise it’ll be fun and uplifting! So I hope you’ll join me every Friday at 2 pm, MST for a new video!
Please like this video and subscribe to my YouTube channel, I’d love for us to be friends there too!

Sarah, you are adorable, and I really enjoyed watching your video. I am not a religious person, but I did get a lot out of your “epiphanies” and thoughts. You are right. our kids are stretching us, so we can be better people and handle it better the next time.
I also think about how every time she is demanding of me, there will come a time when she won’t need me anymore, and I need to take advantage and soak up her love and needs right now. That’s what got me through newborn, infancy and baby. Now I have to remind myself more as she is in toddlerhood and testing me more. Patience is learned, and can be grown.

Thank you so much Amie for your thoughts! i TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. tHE KIDS ARE SO DEMANDING NOW AND WE MIGHT WANT OUR FREE TIME BUT SOON ENOUGH, THERE WILL COME A TIME WHEN WE MIGHT BE THE ONES DEMANDING THEIR ATTENTION, TO GET OFF THEIR PHONES OR HANGING OUT WITH THEIR FRIENDS TO TALK AND HANG OUT WITH US! tHAT THOUGHT BREAKS MY HEART THOUGH. π SO YES, WE SHOULD ENJOY THIS TIME. tHANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR THOUGHTS!

hello, Sarah! I am from Romania… Far away, right? I am reading your blog since the beginning of this year(found it when I was searching some tutorials for clothes, haha). i’ve been busy these days so I hadn’t checked your blog until today… When Our church celebrates Prophet elijah. What a coincidence…
We don’t have kids yet, but our godparents do. They have 4 children… And they are both working, far away from home… imagine what a… Real struggle. Their biggest child is 13 years and their youngest 1 year. but they are very happy and they have such a great love one for another. Putting all their hope in God is helping them also to manage with all the challanges that everyday brings. So you’re definitely not alone!! Thank you so much for this video! I hope you will understand all I wanted to say, sorry, my english is very bad.

I am so happy for your answer! I love Prophet Elijah too, I wish we could be more faithful in God’s word like he did… So hard.. But keep trying, maybe someday we’ll reach there.
