*I was looking through my past archives and found this post that I never published. Thought it would still make a good post. π
Jay built a fire pit in our back yard one saturday which led to cooking our dinner outside. We roasted spicy bratwursts and marshmallows. What can I say, we are avid healthy eaters!
Look how small Achilles was! Achilles watched us like a hawk in case we dropped some food and the moment a bratwurst(uncooked, too!) dropped from a plate, he grabbed it and sped off even before we had the chance to take it away from him. Let’s just say I wouldn’t wanna be the one picking up his poop after that. Nor be around him when he’s dropping some stinky bombs(and a spicy one at that).
Days like these reminds me how wonderful life is, and how life is so beautiful. I love hanging out with my family(good thing, right?), and I love how it’s always filled with so much laughter, and goofiness.
A home is a heaven on earth.

My dog (an English Mastiff) LOVES jalapeno's, salsa, tabasco slim-jims…anything spicy that you wouldn't expect a dog to love. And yeah, those are the WORST farts I've ever smelled. Worse than a chili-eating high school boy.

Hi Sarah,
I don't want to seem like a stalker or anything, but I stumbled upon your blog yesterday looking for some DIY crafts (I've recently taken up sewing). I must have sat and read through at least a year's worth of posts (I promise I'm not creepy)! Life is short and oftentimes women don't compliment each other enough. I just wanted to let you know that I think you and your family are so beautiful–inside and out! I admire the relationship you have with your husband and daughters. I have two little girls as well and I find that my husband usually gets left out at the end of the day because I am so tired! Your blog encourages me to take a spiritual perspective on my role as a wife and mother (and also to do a better job looking good for my man, lol). Thank you, and may God continue to bless your family :0)

That was one of the sweetest comments I've ever received, thank you so, so much! I'm so happy to hear that my blog was entertaining enough to you! And yes, at times I feel bad because the girls definitely dominate in this family over our males(we count the dog haha), but I think that's with everybody who only has girls. π I hope you visit again and thank you for reading my blog, it means a lot to me!
