My friend Michelle Peterson from The Mumsy Blog asked me to be a part of this video and photoshoot and even though it was the busiest week of my life with Jay on a work trip and I was getting 3 hours of sleep a night to get everything done(the week I opened up my shop! that is why I look so dang tired in these photos), I was a good friend and said yes and got all the kids ready and dressed to be photoshoot-ready and took these pics in the freezing cold & between meltdowns. I must admit, I am a pretty dang good friend. Haha! If you knew how much I hate photo shoots, you’d agree too! I guess when I do photo shoots for my modeling jobs, I show up makeup free and they do my hair and makeup and have the wardrobe ready so doing photo shoots on my own is such a hassle and so much work. The reason why we haven’t gotten family pictures taken in a long time. It’s so much work planning outfits, getting them dressed despite meltdowns and tantrums and having them smile and pose for pictures.
But Michelle is an awesome friend and an awesome person so I was more than happy to do it for her.
