TGIF!

September 7, 2012~ Etc.

The last two pictures are of a very important matter, so I’m going to talk about it.  Yes, I’m doing a  short popsicle/ice-cream review(no, not sponsored;).  At the Tyau’s household, we always have a ton of popsicles and ice-cream.    So that makes us an expert, if you will.  Starting clock-wise:
-Air-Heads popsicles: Jay and I think it’s kind of gross, but the girls love it.  I give it a 3.5/10.
-Cadbury ice-cream bars: they are delicious.  I give it a 8.5/10
-Magnum ice-cream bars: they’re suppose to be a gourmet, deluxe ice-cream bar, and I tried the double chocolate/caramel bar & the white chocolate bar, and they are both alright.  I never craved more after having one.  Not worth the $2 an ice-cream bar in my opinion.  The Haagen Daz ice-cream bars are better.  I give it a 7/10.
-Jolly Rancher popsicles(also pictured on the right): THE BEST!!!  It has every flavor of jolly ranchers in one popsicle!  Jay used to eat at least 6 every night after the kids were asleep, but he lowered it to 2 after I told him how much we’ve been spending on jolly rancher popsicles the past few months.  I give it a 10/10!
-Sour Patch popsicles: Oh, I just realized I didn’t go clockwise, I guess I got too excited about the jolly rancher popsicles.  They are pretty good.  I wish it was a little more sour, but it’s really sweet.  I give it a 8.7628910327/10.
Have a great weekend!

TGIF

May 7, 2010~ Etc.

I’m excited for the weekend. My friend who just had her second baby is here with her whole family staying at our house for the weekend. And my other friend who has an adorable 3 yr. old son is visiting UT from Korea. So I’ve been getting a lot of “mommy chatting” with them and it’s been a blast. There’s something refreshing about having mommy friends whom you grew up with and know very well. I think it’s because you can swap and share stories about all the immature/silly/boy drama/funny stories of your childhood/college years. And talk about how when we were little we would wonder whom we were gonna marry/how many kids/future and how we’re living that future now and now we’re basically old ladies with kids and how time flies. πŸ™‚ And I’m throwing a baby shower for a dear friend. And I’ve been getting so intimidated by all the things I see online about other people’s baby shower themes/food/decorations and how they go ALL OUT and mine’s going to be more simple…

Anywho I hope you have a beautiful weekend!

Don't even begin to get intimidated! You are one of the craftiest and cutest people I know! The shower will be amazing no matter what because you threw it for a friend. Stop being silly. You're awesome!
