my brother and his family moved here to utah for several months

and we started babysit-swapping with them every week. 

one day a week we go on a date while they watch our girls,

and one day a week they go on a date while we watch their girls.

so we went on our first date since like 2 years ago?

and i felt like it was our first date all over again.

i kept thinking about it all day and would get butterflies in my stomach

because i was so excited to go on a date with my husband.

i kept thinking in my head what i’d wear to make sure i looked cute

but when the time came for our date, he asked me if i could wear no make-up

and if he could choose my outfit.  so i let him and this is the outfit he chose.

a khaki shorts he bought for me for our first mother’s day,

a black slippers he bought for me when we spent christmas in hawaii,

and a tight cotton t-shirt.  he wishes i’d wear this everyday.

so even though i didn’t feel the prettiest, he thought i did, which is all that matters.
at least for our date anyway. 😉

we watched a 3D movie for our first time and it was so cool!

(the little headaches we got was well worth it.)
