despite being sick(don’t go to a waterpark when it’s really windy)
and having bad allergies all last week and still recovering, i had a good weekend.
jay’s been renovating our basement every free time he has for the past few weeks
so i took my parents and my girls to the summerfest.
i guess jay really missed us though because he ended up showing up and surprising us,
which i was really happy about because call me anti-social or old fashioned but
i don’t like going out to a big gathering (where i know there will be guys there)
without my husband unless it’s a girls’ night out.
my mom: “they always ride the carousels in korean dramas, i want to ride one too!”
happily smiling for the picture…
until a guy came and told them adults can’t ride so they needed to get off.
puhahahahahahahaha. i mean oh so sad. so they rode standing next to it.
at least i snapped a picture so she could live through it.
p.s: i’m trying to add the “pin” thingi for pinterest but i can’t do it,
this world of endless sites like pinterest, twitter, tumblr, stumbleupon, who knows what else
confuses me like.no.other. i can barely handle my blog and a fb account,
so i’ll just stick to these two for now. i kind of miss the simpler times.
