yoplait has asked me if i’d like to interview alison sweeney, an actress from the days of our lives and the host for the biggest loser. she’s also the author of the mommy diet, and a mother of two young kids. i thought my wonderful blog readers would be interested, so i said yes! so i have a phone interview today at 3 p.m for 30 minutes to ask her whatever i please and i didn’t think much about it but now i’m all stressing. and getting a little nervous! what questions do i ask her? i’ve never watched the show the days of our lives, or the biggest loser, or read her book, or interviewed anyone before. i don’t feel qualified to be interviewing her! so that is where you guys come in, i need your help!
what questions should i ask her? anything you’d like to know about alison sweeney?
Ask her how she finds time with her kids, work and exercise? I have 5 kids and can't seem to find the time for exercise. (I don't even work outside the home!)
Ask her if she ever works out with the people on the biggest loser??
Ask her how the Biggest Loser impacted her health journey. Or ask her favorite healthy family dinner recipe, or her favorite way to exercise with the kids.
whats her favorite go to snack when she gets the munchies? 🙂
Lucky you! I grew up watching her on Days of Our Lives (which she plays a somewhat conniving character) and I love watching her on Biggest Loser where she is an absolute sweetheart and seems like she genuinely cares about the contestants 🙂 My question is, in order to be the host does she have to adhere to strict guidelines etc. concerning her weight? I guess that question kind of goes right along with if she does have guidelines to adhere to, how did she manage to find time to balance everything

Ooh, could you ask her what it was like essentially growing up on the set of Days of Our Lives? I watched her when I was in junior high and she must have been in her early twenties, now she's all grown up and still managing to do well on the show. I just wonder what that must have been like.
