I know you’ve had to have noticed my new blog design by now since I’ve been working on it for the past several months but it’s pretty much done! Actually, I’ve been working with the web developers since February, and I was waiting until I was 100% satisfied with my blog before I posted but realized I am a very picky and a difficult person to please when it comes to design and I might never write this blog post if I wait until then! There are still tiny tweaks I’d like to add and change but I am 95% there and poor http://www.devsimplify.com/, they are the web developers I’ve been working with and it’s been a looooong ride due to my endless demands and requests but they have been nothing but nice and so patient with me. I wasn’t an easy person to work with! Haha. But they were efficient, prompt, very precise and accurate and gave me everything I asked and wanted. It’s just me that keeps thinking of new things to add or changing my mind. Sorry Dev Simplify! So if you are looking for someone to redesign your website, I highly, highly recommend them! They were so awesome to work with.

So the most recent post will show a full size photo while the older posts will show it in a condensed version with a first sentence of the blog post. I think it makes it look more put together and more simple to browse through the blog posts.

So the question for you is, do you like seeing the whole blog post of the very recent post like it is right now or do you like it when it shows just one photo and a snippet of the writing so you’d have to click “READ MORE” to view the whole blog post? Let me know your thoughts, I want your input so this site will make it enjoyable for you! If there are some things you wish would change because it’s annoying, let me know too, I’d love to hear them!

WHAT MY 2 YEAR OLD TAUGHT ME

August 30, 2016~ Etc.

As I’ve mentioned before, I do not love my house. I hate it actually. It’s not just the carpet in our kitchen and the bathrooms, how I felt there isn’t one part of the house that I think is cute or a representative of me, but it’s much deeper which is too personal to get into. I talked more about it in my Life Lessons video, but I can’t divulge further. I did finally get a beautiful sewing room but my dream sewing room is one that isn’t in the basement but with lots of natural light and windows. My house didn’t bother me until about a year ago, but when I realized we’ve been living in this house for 6 years instead of the 2 years I was told initially, not renovated, I became so unhappy!

CUTEST COUPLE AT DISNEY WORLD

August 29, 2016~ Etc.

Dress(only $35!) | Light blue sandals: Zara(old)     #TyauSunday It was almost closing at Disney World when we stood in line behind an adorable couple in their 80’s, holding hands & matching in their white attire. I whispered to Jay, “I want that to be us when we grow older.” Since I […]

8 THINGS NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT BREASTFEEDING

August 23, 2016~ Etc.

My little boy started Preschool today. It’s only 2 days a week for a couple hours but I thought I was going to cry when dropping him off, since I am such a crybaby. “Mommy, don’t watch me okay? I want you to go.” he said to me as I was driving him to school. Part of me was happy for his excitement and independence but a part of me was sad that he didn’t need me anymore. As I dropped him off in his class and gave him several kisses and hugs, I watched him like a creepy stalker from the outside corner of his classroom door. Then a few minutes later, he ran out of the room and looked around for me but didn’t see me because I was hiding in the corner.
