Ana’s head got stuck!

February 17, 2010~ Etc.

Today was so scary. Adi and Ana were playing with the kitchen tools while I was cooking dinner like they have many times. Well today Adalie decided to put the container on Ana’s head and push it down as hard as she could. I turned around at Ana’s screaming and I frantically tried to get it out of her head. But it was so tight and stuck that the metal bars were squishing Ana’s forehead and the back of her head that her top of the forehead was protruding out like a centimeter. For a second I thought it was kinda funny but when it didn’t come out no matter what I did, I started panicking and freaking out. Adi put herself on time-out cuz she knew she did something wrong and she just watched me cry, scream, and freaking out. I tried over and over to get it out but it was not moving at all and Ana was screaming and crying more and freaking out as more time went by. I had no idea what to do and in my heart I pleaded, “Heavenly Father! Help me!” as I tried once again and it just came out with barely any effort.  Now Ana has a permanent dent in the smack middle of her forehead.  Poor thing.

February 4, 2010~ Etc.

Do any of you guys go to the First Oriental Market in Orem? And have any of you bought kimchi from them? Well, twice I bought it and when I came home and ate it, it was really really fermented. It’s good to use fermented kimchi on soups but not to eat it plain. They […]

Sometimes…

February 4, 2010~ Etc.

Jay will come home to find a cup or a bowl upside down and it means there’s a bug in there that I’ve trapped. And I wait patiently for him to come home and get rid of it for me. I detest any crawling things and am too big of a chicken to kill any […]
