oh man i started tearing up even before i started to write.
my little buddah is three years old today.
when daddy put her to sleep tonight he asked her what she wanted for her b-day. she said, “I want a dora pillowcase, a kitty doll, a toy, and a blue push-pop.” then jay tucked her to bed and a few mins. later she opened the door and said, “daddy, i forgot, can you get ana a toy too?” which is the typical adi, always thinking of her little sister.
even though when she first crawled seemed like a month ago, she’s no more a baby, she’ll start pre-school, dance classes, she fits into a kid size clothes instead of toddlers.
oh how i wish time went by slower.
i couldn’t have asked for a more smart, funny, beautiful, curious, sweet,
thoughtful, talkative 3 yr. old.
will you be mine forever?
