miss A and i went on a mommy-daughter date
while daddy was out on a daddy-daughter date with miss a.
we went to the grocery store
(grocery shopping w/ just one toddler instead of two toddlers? i’ll take it! 😉
where miss A insisted on sitting on top of the toy car attached to the grocery cart
instead of on the inside and she got a balloon and some gold chocolate coins.
then we went to the cocoa bean to eat some yummy cupcakes.
the other day i said to my girls, “you girls are growing into such kind, beautiful ladies!”
and miss A said, “yeah! so my body can have babies!”
and miss a said, “and then we die.” (as she put her head down and closed her eyes.)
umm, yes, i guess you could put it that way.
but i hope time will go by very, very, slowly until then. 🙂

Oh my! I am always amazed at how logical kids are.
it's like the most logical thing I've heard today. (And I've been studying English literature since early morning, and it's 4.30pm here in Poland) 😉
oh what fun! I can't wait to go on mother daughter dates with Dani, paint our nails and dance! Daughters are so much fun, glad I had one 🙂

I love the cocoa bean. They have great cup cakes and my favorite hot chocolate of all time. I get it with some toasted marshmallow syrup in it. it sounds like you two had a blast.
At syocom, I had no idea you can get hot cocoa there! I'm def. getting that next time. 🙂
