Mindy Gledhill Winter Moon Giveaway.

We have a giveaway for you for a copy of Mindy Gledhill’s newest album, Winter Moon.
I recently transformed her dress she wore for her music video Winter Moon.

So I’m so happy to host this giveaway for Mindy Gledhill.  I personally own Winter Moon, and I’m swooned! (Swoon?  It’s falling over! -for those of you who’ve listened to #11 know what I’m talking about!)  Her voice is so soothing, beautiful, and happy and i just can’t help but to dance and sing along to her songs.  her songs transmit more than just a happy, beautiful tune, it conveys more depth than that.  When I listened to her song Anchor, I got teary-eyed a few times.  It’s spiritual!  It makes you want to be a better person.  There are not many non-gospel songs that can do that.  And that depth carries onto her Christmas album, Winter Moon.  It makes me happy.  It makes me want to be a better person.  Oh, I just love her!!!  
You can preview her album here.  She offers many classical Christmas tunes such as Santa Claus is coming to town, Little saint nick, and Silent Night, and offers my favorites which are her original songs: Little Soldier and Winter Moon.  Little Soldier’s lyrics are simply deep and beautiful, especially as a mother, and Winter Moon, I put on replay and listen to it over and over and over again.  And nope, not sick of it!  And her bonus track which is Winter Moon with puppets is so darling and fun.  My girls are in love with that one and asks me to turn on “the puppet song” every time we get in the car.  I pretend not to know that the puppets are going to chime in in the middle of the song and when they do, I make a surprised face and say, “Huh?  Who is this guy singing?  He sounds funny!”  And the girls just crack up every single time, no matter how many times we listen to it. 🙂  And it sure is nice to play the song because when we’re not listening to “the puppet song”, we’re listening to the Disney Princess Christmas CD, which gets old after a song or two.  I mean, who can listen to Snow White’s ridiculously high pitched singing for more than a few minutes?  My ears sure get tired.
Anywho, that was pretty much a novel but I can go on about it a lot longer, so shall we?
Nah, just kidding!  Don’t be too disappointed. 😉

    I like the Hawaiian-esque sound that Mindy gave The Christmas Song. But, my favorite song of hers is Hourglass on Anchor.

    I would love to win this CD! I actually saw a giveaway for her CD on another blog and it was my top choice of all the different giveaways! She has an amazing voice-I would love to win this giveaway so I could experience that for myself whenever I wanted-thanks for this opportunity!

    I just previewed her CD and kept thinking… this one's my favorite, no wait… this one's my favorite!
    I love all the unique arrangements/sound to the Christmas songs. I feel like I've never heard any of them arranged that way.
    Anyway, I think my favorite might be Winter Moon.

    My all-time favorite Christmas song is "Silent Night". Mindy sings with such care–you just have to sing along just as softly and lovingly 🙂 What a great album!
