I hope you had a great Memorial Day weekend! We talked with our girls about why we put up the American flag on this day and remember the brave, selfless men and women who died serving our country. They asked many questions such as how they died, why they died, where their bodies were now, and then one of my daughters asked if we could dig up their bodies from the ground so we could tell them thank you. 🙂
