This has nothing to do with the post. It just looks so good I wish I had some right now! Animal style fries and cheeseburger mmm! And a strawberry shake please! Oh well, a Fat Boy and a big chunk of brownies will do for now. I also love how Ana and Jay are making the same face. ^ ^
Adalie’s such a sweetheart. Everytime I fix her lunch or dinner, she says to me, “Thanks mommy, this is really good.” Today after dinner she just came up to me, gave me about 6 hugs and everytime she said to me, “Mommy, you’re my best bud. I love you.” And just before bedtime today Jay and I were having a water fight(we like to show our kids by example how mature adults should act;) and I was running away from a huge bucket of water that Jay was holding and as I turned sharply into the bathroom, I slipped on the wet tile and jammed my foot in betweent the tile and the glass scale and I was on the floor half whimpering/laughing. Then I hear Adalie running to me and saying, “Mommy, what happened? Are you okay? It’s okay, I got you. Come on (as she reaches out for my hand and lifts me up), let’s go get a sticker(band-aid) okay?” And she holds my hand all the way downstairs and gets a band-aid and puts it on my foot and kisses it! Aww, how sweet is she!!!
Here is a video of Jay and Adalie singing as Jay was putting her to sleep just a little while ago. All you’ll see is black but what you hear is one of the sweetest things you’ll hear. Aw, I love my family!
