we had a farewell party for jay’s little brother mike who will be serving a two year mission in hong kong. the funniest time i remember with mike was when he was staying with us last summer and we took the kids to the playground. we were playing with the kids and as i walked to the bench to get something from my purse, i saw these two ladies starring at me and back at mike disapprovingly and heard them say, “these high school pregnancies…” i don’t know what they said after that but i told mike and we just laughed it off.
we miss you already mike, i mean elder!
