after we had our christmas with our little family, we went to my parents’ to celebrate with them. everyone except for my brother jacob came into town, 🙁 which doesn’t happen so often now that we live all over the states, so it was wonderful. families are the best, aren’t they?

(i thought it was hard with two toddlers but now it’s even harder with a dog!)

Is that homemade kimchi??? I LOVE that stuff!!!!! i grew up in Uzbekistan and they had some good kimchi.
yes it is! there's 3 different kinds of kimchi on the table that you see. and good kimchi in Uzbekistan? How awesome, I would've never thought! 🙂
