Adi boo boo boobooboo

November 24, 2008~ Etc.

Yesterday while I was taking a nap* and Jay was watching football*, there was a giant 2 lb. bag of red vines on the table in our living room. Adalie pulled out a red vine and when she tasted it and realized it was good and she didn’t think Jay was looking, she managed to drag the whole bag to the other side of the room to her little princess tent to hide her delicious newfound treat. I don’t know why but I find that soooooo darling! That was the only place that she could think of that was “her hiding place”. Pretty smart if you ask me, since she’s the only one small enough to fit inside the tent and she knows it’s her place. It makes me kind of sad at the same time because her treat was found despite her hard effort in hiding it. πŸ™‚ Sweet sweet angel.

*CORRECTION- Sarah always gets mad cause she says I cut her off mid-story or don’t let her finish the story. The reason I do that is because of things like this (Colby knows what I’m talkin bout), * starred above. Honey, I was not watching football at 7:30 in the A.M., I do not watch t.v. on Sunday like my bad example younger brother Josh and if I did, games don’t start until 11am MST anyway. I was cooking breakfast for my lil hungry hippo when this occurred. And you my dear, were not taking “a nap” but you were being sleeping beauty and sleeping in…awww what a life, moreover WHAT AN AWESOME HUBBY for waking up at the dongKo of every morning so you can “nap”! πŸ™‚ Sweet sweet wifey.

-And thanks Stephen and Dayna for the awsome princess tent!

GNO

November 21, 2008~ Etc.

On Wednesday we had a girl’s night out. All the mommies got together and went to a Thai restaurant. After that while Josh and Jay had their BNO and bonded while playing Halo, Jaymie and I made caramel apples. It turned out so delicious, there’s only one left now! I think it’s safe to say I’ve contributed to that factor the most. πŸ™‚

this one was my favorite-caramel & white chocolate with cinnamon sugar. yum yum yum~

Breakfast in bed

November 20, 2008~ Etc.

Yesterday morning I woke up to this. He even made a “I β™₯ you ” sign. ^ ^ I made sure I ate every last bite on the plate and I was full until 9 pm. I β™₯ him for always getting up with Adalie and taking care of her in the morning while I sleep a few more hours(okay more like 3-4 hrs. haha) which he does every single day, 7 days a week. I have the best hubby in the whole world!

Cutie patootie in pig tails

November 17, 2008~ Etc.

Even though Adalie’s hair has been long enough for quiet awhile now, I never dared to attempt to put her hair in pig tails since she hates even little clips in her hair and takes it off immediately.

But after seeing cute Kaylee in her pig tails on their blog, I got envious and wanted my girl in pig tails too! ^ ^ So I timidly tried and while distracting her with the t.v on, food and toys, I was able to put it on. I was so happy and I couldn’t stop starring in awe at how cute she looked n so excited to show it to Jay when he got home but we went shopping after and while we were standing in line at the cashier, Adalie grabbed the bands and flung it a far, causing her fingers to bleed a little which made her cry in pain. πŸ™ so I haven’t really gotten the nerve to do it again. But at least I got some pictures to prove it!
