Jay’s FB

May 28, 2010~ Etc.

(click on the picture to read his status) Jay changed his Facebook profile picture and his status to these yesterday. 🙂 I liked it. I also told him yesterday how I wanted to have 10,000 votes by the end of this week and he skipped dinner yesterday and spent the time on voting for me to make sure I was over 10,000 votes. Ah I love him.
Oh and FYI I will no longer be doing Fashion Fridays. I don’t know if you cared about them at all but it just took too much time. 🙂 If you want it back then let me know, maybe I’ll start it again. 😉

Elphant, elphant…Geerrrrummmmppppphhh….

May 27, 2010~ Etc.

So I change Adi’s diaper when she’s sleeping around 11:30ish at nite just so she doesn’t wet the bed since she’s a juicaholic like me. We’re going to the circus next weekend and I’ve been tellin her all the animals we’re goina see. She especially loves elephants! Last nite as I was changing her diaper, she was knocked out as usual…but eyes closed, full teethy smile, body completely still and knocked out she goes “ELPHANT, ELPAHNT…Geerrrrummmmppppphhh….(the elephant trumpet noise)” and didn’t move or say one more thing after that. As quiet as I was trying to be, I busted up laughin for a good 5 minutes every time I thought bout what she was dreamin! I don’t think there’s anythin more precious then seein ur lil kid get excited and happY! Welcome to the good life ~
Here’s random pics from our fones that have nothin to do with elephants but everything to do with our two lil monkeys…ok ok my three lil monkeys bahahaha ~

3 years of GLEE

May 26, 2010~ Etc.

Today is our 3-year anniversary!!! Jay came home from work and surprised me with red roses. He wanted to get me 3 dozen roses for the 3 year mark but I guess they ran out of roses at the store. So he got me close to 30 roses. They are beautiful. And we’re going on a date tonight woo hoo! We don’t get much of that with two kids. I forgot our anniversary last year(I was in Korea and it was crazy) and Jay was so sad I had forgotten. I hope from now on we’ll always spend our anniversaries together and never be apart on this special day. I remember when we started dating I wanted to date other boys(Jay was my first real boyfriend and I had just gotten back from my mission) so I told Jay let’s break up, I want to try and date other people and I remember he said to me, “Would you want to date 24 different guys for one hour each or spend 24 hours on me? We got something going on and wouldn’t you rather give your whole heart to this relationship and then if it doesn’t work out, then we can move on?” Man, Jay is smooth!(take notes you single gentlemen) I agreed with what he said and didn’t break up with him. 🙂 Marriage is not always happily ever after and married people all know it gets harder after the wedding day. But marriage is almost always happily ever after and there are many more ups than downs. I am so so grateful to God that he gave me Jay as my husband. I’m a hopeless romantic and I like to think that Jay and I promised each other we would marry before we came down to earth. Yes there are more than one person you can marry and be happy with but I believe some couples did promise each other and we’re one of them. Haha, so cheezy I know right? But I really do believe that with all my heart. We’ve always had so much connection and chemistry since the moment we saw each other and it’s way more than just physical attraction. We’ve never felt so strongly about anyone else before and it seemed like we were always drawn to each other no matter what we did, like a magnet. Haha, no throwing up okay? 🙂 I love you Jay. Forever and ever. I promise you will always have my heart 100% and I will give all my time to you 24/7. Okay people, NOW you can go throw up! ;D Here are some pictures of our wedding and my bridals at the Timpanogoes Temple where we were sealed.

An amazing photographer Jessica Peterson

May 23, 2010~ Etc.

Okay the only reason why I’m posting these pictures is to show you how talented my friend Jessica is. She took these about 1 1/2 yrs. ago and never have I posted these on my blog! Well, Jay did post a link to her blog here and I was so embarrassed and mad at him for it but then again, I think he’s posted more embarrassing things of me in the past. Body roll? yes that’s the one.

I was 3-4 months pregnant with Ariana and she made me look way better than I really am and that had to have taken a lot of talent!

So I was browsing through my March issue of the Parents magazine yesterday and guess who else I found! I looked at it for a sec. thinking it looked really familiar and then it hit me that it was Jessica Peterson’s photograph! I screamed and excitedly told Jay and my brother and his wife and I got so happy and giddy. It’s featured on a whole page! I called her to tell her the news and I think I was more excited than she was. It’s a wonderful feeling when you see the people you love being successful.

Her work is amazing and words that describes her work is simply put STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL. And she will be having a special in-studio photo shoot sessions so stay tuned! To look at more beautiful work of Jessica Peterson’s on her blog, click here.

Last last weekend reCAP

May 18, 2010~ Etc.

We had the privilege of having 3 different visitors stay at our house back to back 3 weeks in a row. The first one was Ange, my dear Australian-Korean friend, then Flora and her husband and two cute kids, then it was my sweet father-in-law. It was so much fun. My friends Flora and Chelsea were here visiting so while they were here, we had a lot of GNO’s! I wish every night was a GNO, I love my girlfriends! We laugh, cry, eat like we’re beggars, and chat for hours. EVERY girl needs a good group of girlfriends and I’m so grateful I have amazing friends. We ate a lot we laughed a lot Chelsea and Janie didn’t feel like taking pictures, can you tell? we went to our nephew Noah’s baptism baby shower for Rachel. The homemade cinnamon sugar tortilla chips and fruit salsa was everybody’s favorite. I will post the recipe soon. This is the funnest game, you cut out face features and make a face collage of what their baby will look like. this was chosen as the ugliest by Rachel herself. Janie always makes the ugliest ones. I would be so proud if I was her. this was mine. Aren’t they the best looking babies you’ve ever seen in your life? I can only wish Rachel’s baby will look 1/2 as adorable *crossing fingers*. Adi loves Avelyn some from our girl’s photoshoot. More to come soon. Don’t you wish all your loved ones lived right near you? I think I could live anywhere if I had all my friends and family with me.
