car crash and mastitis

March 27, 2014~ Etc.

I got in a little car accident the other day.  It could have been much worse and thankfully no one was hurt one bit.  But it still sucks…
I also got mastitis last night and I’ve been hanging.  You really don’t fully appreciate something until you lose it, isn’t that right?  I can’t wait to feel completely better(I’m feeling much better right now) and I realized I’ve been taking my health for granted and I need to take care of my body more.  Me and a few friends are starting Whole 30 on Monday and I’m so pumped!  Have any of you guys ever done it?  Google “whole 30 before and after”.  It will motivate you enough to start it yourself!  Wish me luck!

Why do you always get mastitis?! pua ting (tell Jay translate for you).

Good luck with the whole 30! It's not too hard. But I'm not super strict with it. Like I still used regular soy sauce, ketchup, etc.

Whole 30 is amazing, I had so much more energy and my stomach pooch (post baby pooch) went away but now that I've been off of it for a while, it's back. I will start again before summer swimsuit season πŸ™‚ Good luck!

thank you! and that's the reason why I'm doing it, to get rid of my baby pooch and to gain more energy!
