On the morning of Jay’s birthday as Jay and I were sitting in our room, he said to me, “Look! What is that over there?” I looked to where he was pointing at, and on top of the clean clothes fresh out of the dryer was a light pink gift bag gently placed on top. I looked back at Jay with a confused look and he said, “Go see what it is!” with a smirk on his face.
It was these cool camera lenses specially designed for your phone(more info here, not sponsored:). I didn’t even know such thing existed! As I read the note, I figured out that it was a gift for me from Jay since “we’re one.” It took me back to 6 years ago when we were just dating and it was Jay’s birthday. I came to work and not long after, I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to me. My initial thought was that it was from Jay, but disregarded the thought since it was his birthday and I was the one that’s suppose to give him a present. I looked for a note and it read, “We’re one now, so that means it’s your birthday today too. So happy birthday love! I just wanted to show these flowers how beautiful you are.”
At first I almost hurled at how cheesy that sounded, but when I got over the initial reaction, my heart melted a little. And I knew he was a keeper.
Ok that seriously has to be the sweetest thing ever. Yes, cheesy, but so sweet! Those lenses look really awesome too!
I think it's adorable! My husband is as white as they get, and he loves saying "We are Chinese." I'm always like "Um, no, just me." but I secretly love it. Those lenses look pretty awesome too! Can't wait to see your pictures with the new lenses! Then I'll show my husband and beg him to buy them for me 🙂
