Albion Fit + Small Fry Swimwear Soiree

March 24, 2014~ Etc.

I attended Albion Fit’s 2014 swimwear launch a few weeks ago and it was so great meeting wonderful people and to see their new swimwear line!  The girls of Small Fry and The Girls with Glasses designed swimsuits for little girls and I knew they’d have amazing designs since their taste is immaculate.  I wore a tan lace dress that’s one of my favorite dresses I own, paired with nude sandals with color block green heels.  I am kicking myself for not taking a picture of the before, but I fell in love with the dress and wanted to order it but they only had size 14 available, so I bought it anyway and determined to make it work.  So the before picture is after I altered the sides.  Just imagine it being like a tent before.  Then using the extra fabric from the sides I cut, I made sleeves for the dress.
The after:
The Small Fry girls.  It’s always great seeing these talented ladies.
this suit is so adorable, isn’t it?  and her sassy pose!
Albion Fit loved the Eiffel tower design so much they made one in adult size as well.
this was my favorite from their Spring line.  Each guest gets to pick out their favorite suit to review and giveaway, and I am choosing this one!  I’ve been looking for a tankini/high-rise two piece and I found it!
The girls from The Girls with Glasses.  They were so kind and fun!
Thanks for having me Albion Fit + Small Fry!  And stay tuned for a swimsuit giveaway from Albion Fit soon!
p.s. my lace dress is from ASOS from 3 years ago.

The dress is just gorgeous! I love the sleeves you made; they look as if they were always meant to be a part of that dress.

I'm so glad you think that way! I don't like adding sleeves unless it looks just as cute as before, if not cuter. 🙂
