on saturday morning we had crepes for breakfast. i always use this recipe that’s so easy, it never fails! we enjoyed our crepes while achilles just watched with his cute puppy eyes. that’s one thing with having a dog, you can’t share the joy of food together! and food is one of the greatest joys in this life! at least it is for me anyway. but he enjoyed his milk bones and didn’t seem to mind too much.
he’s adjusting to his new environment so well and fits into our family so perfectly. we kind of love him a lot.

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

Oh my goodness, this is the best recipe ever! I loooove nutella, and as a kid I used to hide the jar under my bed so I could eat it with a spoon, haha.

These are delish! You know what beats the whisking?? Putting all the ingredients (put all the liquids first and then the flour, salt and some sugar) in a blender! It takes seconds to make this!
