My big girl graduated from Kindergarten today. They did a cute little dance and performance and good thing I was wearing sunglasses because I kept getting teary-eyed thinking she is no longer my little Kindergartner anymore! She will go to school all day starting this Fall as a 1st grader and thinking about that breaks my heart. I am not ready to send her off all day. Okay, I need to stop thinking about it or I’m going to cry again.
To celebrate her last day of school we went to the Museum of natural curiosity. We got a family member pass to Thanksgiving Point beginning of this month and I think we made even already, we’ve been coming at least once a week.
Aiden doesn’t have a bruise, it’s a shadow in case you’re wondering. I had to take a double take on his precious face when I saw it on my phone!
soaked wet, shirt off buddy!
he has a cleavage. not vertical cleavage but horizontal cleavage. I know you’re jealous!
After Adi’s Kindergarten program, we got in the car and as soon as I sat down I turned around and said to Adi, “You are no longer my little Kindergartner anymore.” and started crying. My family is very much used to me having sudden bursts of tears every time they hit a milestone like losing their first tooth, on the day before their birthday(“Today is your last day as my 5 year old!), or every time I see in movies or t.v shows about mothers sending their kids off to college(“Adi only has 13 more years until she leaves us!”) so they all started laughing like they always do since they’re so used to it and think somehow that it’s funny(it’s not). Then Adi started crying saying, “I am going to miss Mrs.Stewart! I don’t want to graduate from Kindergarten!” So we were both crying out loud then a few seconds later we all just started laughing. Can you tell she’s my daughter? I sure am glad she is. I love you Adi.

I wish they had such a fun interactive museum like that in Sydney, love that they can play with the water.
