We had a low key Spring break. Since my two daughters go to different schools and their Spring break missed each other’s by just a few days, we weren’t able to go anywhere. Our 8 month old boy hates car rides so we don’t venture out far unless we absolutely have to. We sound so exciting, don’t we?
We went to a science palooza
I love my little nerds.
we went and tried a restaurant we’ve never tried before. forgot the name but it was alright. Jay loved it however, it reminded him of food in Taiwan.
we got to get a sneak peek of the Natural Museum of Curiosity which we were so excited about!
The girls and Jay went on the ropes course.
we ate pho’. I think we eat pho’ more than any other food when we go out to eat. We love it!
Then the next day I started whole30. I had this brilliant idea to take the kids to Krispy Kremes on my first day of whole30. Brilliant, I say.
the soft, sugary, sweet donuts were just starring at me the whole time. But I did not oblige.
then we were lucky enough to go to the Natural Museum of Curiosity the second time!
carrying a baby and my diaper bad and playing inside the playground and also climbing the rope bridge was not an easy task. But the first time we came to the museum I was getting mastitis so I wasn’t able to play with them so the girls really wanted to play with me.
I want to do this in the kids’ room, it’s frames that open so you can put the kids’ art in it and switch it up, isn’t it clever?
my outfit detail: cape-style blouse | pants: warehouse sale | gold flats: romwe
And then we finished our Spring break with Rio2! I exercised earlier that morning and stayed in my exercise clothes the rest of the day. I ain’t got time to shower and get ready with 3 kids! 😉
