– can of refrigerated biscuits
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 -6 tablespoons hot water
raspberry cheesecake ice-cream cake
1. in a bowl mix 12 oz. whipped regular cream cheese and 1 gallon of vanilla ice-cream with an electric mixer. (+ or – cream cheese according to your desire.)
2. cut the raspberries in half.
3. put the raspberries on top of the ice-cream.
4. bake the brownies on a round pan.
5. flip the brownies on top of the ice-cream and raspberries.
6. freeze overnight and to get the ice-cream cake out of the bowl, run warm water around the bottom of the bowl, put it on top of a plate/platter and it should slide out with some tapping.
7. make whip cream(heavy whipping cream+powder sugar) and put it on top of the cake. decorate the top with some fresh raspberries and refreeze until the whip cream gets hard.

Hey~ The cake turned out great! I usually mix the fruit in with the ice cream so you get some fruit in EVERY bite. It's a little hard to mix the ice cream but it's super good! Glad it worked out and that Jay loved it! I made some pineapple ice cream cake but since my teeth are so sensitive with the birth… it's been sitting in the freezer untouched. Maybe you should come over and help me eat it!
